Having worked for notable industry brands such as Willis Towers Watson, Allstate, and Pan-American Life Insurance Group - across a broad array of business and technology, Miguel brings a host of experience that spans multiple lines of business and distribution models.

In addition to Miguel’s professional career, he served on the Boards of the Hubbard Street Dance Company and Chicago Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America. He was recognized by Chicago United as a 2019 Business Leader of Color, is a 2018 Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago, and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Miguel received an MBA from Rider University and a BS in Business Administration from Metropolitan College of New York.

Frank Quinn

Managing Director

Frank comes to us from Grant Thornton’s Insurance Strategy Practice where he led corporate and growth strategy initiatives across multiple lines of business. Projects included launching fully-owned or joint venture MGAs, bringing to market new products, developing product turnaround strategies, and providing exposure analyses during M&A diligence.

Frank was originally an operations leader focusing on continuous improvement and creating new capabilities to respond to changing CPG markets. Most notably, he led organizational change at PepsiCo as the firm prioritized entering and growing ecommerce presence. He has also led startups through launch and growth stages.

He is a licensed life insurance producer in Illinois, earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and his BA from Marquette University.

Shawna Jordan

Shawna is an accomplished product leader with a demonstrated history of operational process improvements and over 15 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Shawna’s expertise crosses process improvement and product strategy. Experiences include streamlining comp rater business processes at Nationwide and building M&A data infrastructure.

She is a licensed personal lines producer in Iowa and a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master.

David Janas

Senior Consultant, PMO Strategy

David is an expert PMO strategist. His 17 years of experience in IT spanned roles from business analysis, QA, project, portfolio, and PMO management with 12 of those years in the insurance industry. David has an emphasis on data driven-decision making, process optimization, and value realization. Projects have included implementations with Guidewire, HRIS, SAP Concur, Power BI, Cognos, and Microsoft SQL Server.

He is a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Professional in Business Intelligence, and holds an MBA and Software Engineering Masters from Penn State University.

Childress Cannon

As a Market Development Executive, Childress spearheads the integration of sales and technology, building automated and efficient sales processes. His education in Chinese and Economics from The University of Queensland, Australia, underpins his outlook and approach to sales strategies and continuous improvement. His career path has been built through tech and sales, where he notably spearheaded a new sales campaign for Sears and helped develop a growth strategy focused on a minimum of $400k a quarter in financial gain. He lives by the motto, “Most of the things worth doing in the world had been declared impossible before they were done,” a reminder that the limits of possibility are there to be pushed.
